INDIAN FORCES ........ITS ENOUGH

Independence for India came in August 1947 as the nation was divided in two parts India and Pakistan. Soon after the end of British rule in India, Kashmir saw itself in the middle of a new political instability as the tribesmen from the North West Frontier Province (NWFP) onf newly formed Pakistan started the invasion of Kashmir to liberate it from the Dogra ruler Maharaja (King) Hari Singh .Kashmir was pushed towards complete chaos and Indian leadership in New Delhi made a maximum use of this situation to occupy Kashmir because India knew that the people of kKasmir were not interested in merging with India .India used this opportunity and thus Maharaja (King) Hari Singh signed the controversial document of accession of Kashmir with India .Although there is no significance of that document as many historians argue that document was bogus and fraud other historians even comment that such document was never signed .As this document as per the Indian govt was signed on 26th October 1947 and thus paved the was for Indian army in kashmir .On very next day 27th October 1947 Indian troops were flown to Kshmir to push back the tribesmen , although it is also believed that Indian forces were to stay in Kashmir temporarily , now as 63 years have passed and they are still in Kashmir











The Indian army brought temporary to fight the invaders has permanently settled in Kashmir and holds a worst record is Kashmir. Indian forces have been entitled to gross human rights violations in kashmir valley.They have been accused of killings, rapes , using lethal and unlawful methods of torture in Kashmir of which the Indian government is only a mute spectator and has authorized the forces to go on rampage in Kashmir ,, the monstrous laws like ARMED FORCES SPECIAL POWERS ACT (AFSPA) . This is a controversial law giving Indian forces license to kill any one any were .many innocent kashmiris have fallen to this law and.Public safety act or PAS is another weapon in their hands under which any one can be arrested without any charge only on the bases of mear suspection and can be sentenced to about 2 years in jail without any legal aid.These laws were introduced when the armed struggle against Indian rule broke in early 90's . This resistance was brutally crushed and thus paving way for the most bloodies 20 years since 1947.It was then the innocent killings , disappearances , rapes became regular things in Kashmir and International news papers were now and then filled with the stories of human rights abuse .numerous massacres have been carried out by Indian forces in this region where they started indiscriminate firing on the people on the roads or the peaceful processions , the motive behind civilian killings was to unleash the terror among the common people so that they may not join this armed struggle and strictly maintain the Indian rule .








During that time in 90"s the crackdown was a regular exercise and civilians were asked to gather in big grounds and then the identity parade was conducted . During the parade the youths were picked randomly bundled into the army vehicles and were taken to undisclosed locations and after few days their dead body was handed over to their families , usually the bodies used to be damaged beyond recognition and the parents wanted to know the crime of their son why he was killed , the answer they never got. On other occasions the dead bodies were not even given back to the family and were buried at some unknown locations with serial numbers attached to the graves .In recent past there are hundreds of mass graves that have been uncovered in the remote areas of Kashmir and a report in this regard has been submitted to the UN .





Thousands of Kashmiri youths have disappeared in the past 20 years . Usually picked up by Indian forces they never uses to return back home.There is no police record of these custodial disappearances .The family members have no idea about their loved ones and Indian authorities have no answer to these queries .ASSOCIATION OF PARENTS OF DISAPPEARED PERSONS(A P D P) is such organization which is constantly demanding the whereabouts of these disappeared persons but they have failed to make any breakthrough.The families of the disappeared have presumed them as dead and are now demanding the dead bodies .This organization has no hope that their genuine demands will be heard but still they have not given up and still are fighting for their loved ones who perished at the hands of Indian forces.
The women of Kashmir have also faced the brutality of Indian forces as countless number of women(including minors) have been reaped by the men in uniform .In villages a women every forthright became their victim . The army men in civil uniforms used to barge into the houses and locked all the immate in one room on gun points and the women was raped in other room until the other villagers could come to rescue .One such example is a village named KUNGPOSHPORA where about 100 women were raped by Indian forces in one night alone , they acted like beasts oh that night .Women have also suffered miserably under the military occupation of Kashmir


Many cases and inquiries were set up against the army but nothing came through as it was a mere eyewash for the people of Kashmir. Indian government has given free hand to its forces in Kashmir and is in no mood to entertain the pledges made by Kashmiri against the men in uniform





Indian judicial system has betrayed kashmiris

FROM STREETS TO GRAVEYARDS

Bullets,blood and death , this has been  the tale of Kashmiri people since 3 months now. The beautiful valley  has become  the burning hell as death  has taken its toll on young children who are on the streets  fearlessly  revolting against the  Indian rule   without the  fear of being hit by an bullet  fired from the guns of Indian forces  during what is said to be  the biggest and deadliest    anti India agitation  in this Muslim majority Himalayan region   since the independence  of  India  in  1947 . Historians    in Kashmir believe this  agitation  is  unique  because of the fact that it is purely  led by   the youths    unlike the previous  agitations    . The thing that is alarming is that  the mind set of young Kashmiris   has changed          , they are ready  to take a bullet in the chest  but are not ready to back-down from the mass  pro freedom agitation     , after seeing 2 to 3  deaths almost every day  has made them to over come the    fear of death     .

 

Its clear from the agitation of 2010 that Kashmiri youths are obsessed  with Indian policies in this region and they really want any political solution to this 63 year old problem .The child who should be studying    is  school     are protesting     on streets  . The youths who      is holding  stone in his  hand  and protesting          after  hit by a bullet dies on the   street   should be playing on the same street  from where his dead body  wrapped in a white cloth  is taken in a coffin on the shoulders   of his friends   in the form of a funeral  procession  towards   grave yard . Those streets  who have seen  the  children play      are now tainted with their blood  and his friends know that tomorrow could be their  turn to die but still  thought does not bother  them and they are again on streets  protesting against India  . Before the blood of one  youth  dries   the streets are tainted  by the blood of other  and the cycle continues .
I am sure every street may have seen at least one funeral  since june this year  .107 mothers have lost their children    since the unrest began  in June   . majority of whom were below 30 . No one can imagine the pain of a mother   who  looses her  young child    . The worst nightmare for a mother is to see the dead body of her young child   soaked in blood    , no government  can  understand the pain of those brave  mothers of Kashmir  who have sacrificed their children to the Kashmiri cause  .No political or economic package   can heal their  raw wounds   as  nothing for those mothers  can compensate  the loss of their  sons

DEATH TO ALL PALESTANIANS

As if mass killings ,economic blockade,air strikes on regular basis, demolishing Palestinian housings and making their lives miserable  is not enough for Israel .Now they  want permanent end to Palestinian  race . "DEATH TO PALESTINIANS , THEY  SHOULD PERISH FROM THIS WORLD     "this shocking comment was made by 89-year-old   Shas spiritual leader Rabbi Ovadia Yosef   of Israel . two days ahead  when      Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas will meet face-to-face on September 2 with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the first direct talks in 20 months. 
its ironic  that after causing so much suffering  and hard ships for Palestinians  since 1947  they want and end to palestinian civilization . This comment made by such a responsible fellow has made it clear that the Isreali jews  have so much  hatred towards Palestinians  despite so much devastation  caused by them  to the holy land . Already  Palestinians are perishing  so much with harsh Israeli tactics that we see every day  , killings , arresting , demolishing Palestinian  housings for new Israeli settlements   still the level of hate is not going down . 
It clearly looks like Israel is not happy with current plight of Palestinians  especially the GAZANS who are facing worst humanitarian crises  in the world right now , they want more , they want  the death of Palestinians .This comment by 89 year old is not surprising . The hate for Palestinians  runs deep in Israeli Jews , this is not the first time we have seen such things from israel, the isreli jews were seen celebrating in front of Turkish  embassy in Isreal after the  israeli forces killed 10 turkish  peace activist on flotilla aid ship 
International community  has always defended Israel in every way  that's why Israel takes every thing for granted  ,every time they turn a blind eye towards the atrocities committed  by Israel in Palestinian territory
Its very frustrating to see current situation of Palestine with International organizations doing  not much to prevent further human rights violations    in besieged   territory   and when they fought for their rights they were termed as terrorists .  
International media has also played  an important role  in favor of Israel where hundreds of Palestinian voices goes unheard  .  The other day i saw an interview of a peace activist  on BBC regarding  the flotilla probe . The news anchor asked the activist what proofs did she have to prove the Israeli army killed  those 10 activist  on the aid ship to Gaza when whole world saw Israeli soldiers storming the ship and  getting on board . The media has always defended Israel and failed to show where the actual truth lies . 

Its very shocking to see the approach of the Muslim world towards this issue . The powerful  Muslim nations     like Saudi and Pakistan  have failed to create international pressure on the close associates of Israel despite they have become the allies of the west which is very painful to see especially the attitude of Saudi govt which is very close to the USA ,has
failed  to improve the condition of Palestine

 In today's world its very unfortunate to be a Muslim     ,and that too  in Europe and AMERICA . The  unfortunate morning of 11 September  2001   changed      the  world of the Muslim community  for bad. After the ferocious attack on WORLD TRADE CENTER  of America  Muslims particularly in western world    were looked upon as terrorists  and with specious eyes .In the coming years as a result of American offensive  in Afghanistan a major crackdown was done on Taliban and hundreds of innocent citizens   of  that war torn country were  charged by U.S security agencies i.e FBI and CIA    on the grounds of  being a member  of Taliban or Al-qaida . and were thrown into Guantanamo bay   prison and other places outside the jurisdiction of American  courts and back in Afghanistan   many innocent civilians continued to die in US led NATO attacks which they argued were carried    out on Taliban . In 2009 a NATO air strike killed more than 100 civilians to which NATO chief admitted later .Still many innocents are dying in Afghanistan   due to a foolish decision by a brain less president
The story of Iraq is not different from Afghanistan .One can understand    the motto of American attack  Afghanistan but why was Iraq attacked unnecessarily,making  lives of iraqi people  miserable  .The children of Iraq have no future as a result of American attack   .America no doubt is one of the most powerful countries but that doesn't give them a license to invade any  country  without any reason ..Its for all to see that America and its allies themselves are spreading terror but no one speaks of that and those who speak against it  are slapped with sanctionS
America is the biggest supporter of Israel , and continues it support on what ever Israel does .World knows what Israel is up to .So much damage it has done to the Palestinian people specially the people of Gaza. . What can be the biggest proof of spreading terrorism by America's alley than killing 1500 Gazans in 22 days and blocking the humanitarian aid into the besieged territory or attacking the aid ship carrying aid material to Gaza .On all of this America has come out in support of this Zionist regime ,clearly giving the message to the Muslims  '"we can do what ever we like  right of wrong  , you cannot  do any thing about it , we will kill you like this and you cannot do any thing about it ."  
There are enough proofs and open  evidences   showing terrorist image of US and its allies .......but even after suffering so much  , Muslims are still seen as terrorists and Islam is seen as religion of terrorists

gaza convoy :lethal force

Gaza has been under constant siege  by ISRAEL since 2007 . ISRAELI army has enforced the  blockade of Gaza not allowing the humanitarian aid into Gaza  in this  connection  one of the  6 ships of flotilla aid convoy to Gaza was ambushed by ISRAELI army  in international waters in the early hours  on 31st may 65 kms off the GAZA coast killing about 10 to 20 aid workers mainly TURKISH . In past also ISRAEL has committed such crimes against humanity  for example killing  over1500 Palestinians in 22 day war on the GAZA strip. Its shocking to see that international community especially Muslim world has not done much to protect the interests of the people of PALESTINE . World has criticized ISRAEL for attacking the aid convoy  but the organizations like UN and EU have failed to do much in this regard. Immediate steps should be taken by international community to save the interests  of the Palestinian people although many European and Arab countries have condemned Israel for this barbaric attack  but lot mare has to be done  Its all because of the US and its policies towards ISRAEL  which has given it an upper hand in the MIDDELEAST to do what ever it wants and because of strong backing of AMERICA it has gone so far and is committing crimes against humanity now and then .

TARGETING YOUTH

Another day another death  and another son martyred ,another mother looses her son  . The fault of Tufail Ahmad was only that he was   born in kashmir . its a biggest shock for a mother to see the dead body of her child  ,there are hundreds of such cases in kashmir where mothers have seen the dead bodies of their kin . Indian security forces have started a new campaign since the agitation  of 2008  to kill youth of kashmir  with a motive to unleash a reign of terror among youth so that the sentiments of azadi of independence   are suppressed  . Indian security forces and Indian police  is held responsible for such  heinous crimes   and govt every time  says investigation is going on and nothing happens and with the passage of time the incident vanishes from      every one's minds no one is punished  , this is the tactics of govt  . 4 students have been killed in Kashmir by Indian security forces  since January this year , govt every time assures punishment to the culprits but no one is punished . Justice is never delivered  and terrorists in uniform are again set free to kill  innocent Kashmirs  .
Who will take the moral responsibility  for those killings  ? who will give the answer that why Tufail was killed , why others were killed .
 its shame for this puppet govt   in Kashmir  even after seeing so much harm is being done  to people , still they don't take concrete steps   to avoid such gruesome  acts by Indian army and police  . God knows how many such incidents will occur in future     as no one is safe in this open prison    , any one among us can be killed  any time for the reason of being a Kashmir . Take an eg   i  am walking in lal chowk     and a bullet hits me and i am killed on the spot  there is every possibility of this incident happening   to any of us  ..
Govt has to deliver justice (which it will never)so  that such incidents do not happen in future  (of which possibilities are very low)
